Membership: By invitation only, and according to the judgment of the Council Officers.
Acceptance as a member is by vote of all members of the local chapter and the judgment of the council officers. The colors are and will remain the property of CRUSADERS.
Disputes: To be in writing and handed to the secretary. The Council Officers will deal with disputes and concerned parties will be called in for judgment.
Club events: All members’ attendance at these once a month rides and meetings are compulsory.
Patches: Anyone leaving the Club for any reason will return all patches to the Club in good condition with no refunds immediately. New members that have been voted in will pay a fee of R500-00 (non refundable) for their patch
Officers: Officers of Crusaders remain officers until they choose to resign or are ousted by the unanimous vote of the council officers. When necessary, officers meetings will be held to decide on issues pertaining to Crusaders. Only the council officers may attend these meetings. Members must agree to abide by the decisions of the council.
Club Fee: Contributions will be collected as and when required at the monthly meeting. This is for general expenses of operating the club.
Subordinate Chapters: May only form if approved by the council officers. At least ten people are needed to form a new chapter. All subordinate chapters will be subject to the constitution of the mother chapter. The founding council officers retain the right to disclaim any subordinate chapters, officers or members.
Conduct : No member shall at anytime be found drunk while wearing colors. Colors shall be worn when attending monthly meetings as well as all club rides. Should you not be able to attend a club ride, you must contact the Road Captain and state your reason. Failing to do so will lead to disciplinary hearing. Failing to attend three club rides will mean automatic dismissal.

PRESIDENT-Officiates at all council meetings; tiebreaker in case of split votes; oversees the chapter and delegates work as needed.
VICE-PRESIDENT- Second in command of the local chapter. VP acts in place of the President when needed. The VP becomes the President if that office is vacated and a new VP is elected.
SECRETARY-Maintains and reports notes of council meetings. The secretary is in charge of all legal and non-financial paperwork.
TREASURER-Keeps written records and reports on all financial activity.Maintains bank account, chequebook and petty cash for local chapter.Orders supplies which must be paid for by cheque.
SERGEANT AT ARMS-Like a security guard; helps maintain during meetings and events.
ROAD CAPTAIN-In charge of all rides.Must go on all official runs.Plans on-the-road itinerary, including route taken, riding information and scheduled stops.
MEMBERS-Adhere to constitution and maintain brotherhood.
PROSPECTS-Are assigned to a member until elected as full member. Prospects must at least ride 1000km before eligible for a patch. Once eligible, they can only receive full patch when unanimously voted in by full members. At all times respect all members and officers. Adhere to constitution.
CLUB LEAVE-When Leave has been granted for whatsoever reason, the person shall have no voting power until they are back. Members on leave shall also not pay monthly subs. The maximum leave granted before review shall be three months. Once they are back from club leave they will be re-evaluated as members/officers and the Presidents decision is final.
